But Yaffa Shir-Raz wrote a <a href="https://rtmag.co.il/english/breaking-the-israeli-ministry-of-health-has-been-warned-it-might-open-itself-to-lawsuits-for-encouraging-the-public-to-get-vaccinated-while-claiming-that-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-safe,-and-that-side-effects-are-mild-and-transient">comprehensive article</a> about it in English on her website, then <a href="https://etana.substack.com/p/safe-and-effective-wash-rinse-repeat">Etana Hecht </a>covered it in her excellent Substack post, so I figured it was well and covered, and I’m super busy working on something very important. But following a recent <a href="https://twitter.com/YaffaRaz/status/1565395051374592001">twitter thread </a>by Yaffa and Steve Kirsch’s <a href="https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/exclusive-proof-that-the-top-israeli">post</a> about it, I was asked by someone to put the key pieces of information down ‘on paper’ as I understand them, so I did. Here they are:Summary of key pointsOn August 2, the Israeli Ministry of Health (MOH) released <a href="https://www.gov.il/he/departments/publications/reports/covid19-side-effect-09122021-31052022">a report</a> on adverse events reported following vaccination from Dec. 9, 2021 - May 31, 2022 based on a new reporting system. The MOH tasked a team of medical researchers from Shamir Medical center with experience in pharmacovigilance to analyze the data from the system.The Israeli MOH misrepresented the findings stating that no new adverse events were found, there was no new signal, and the events were not necessarily caused by the vaccine, even though the researchers themselves said the exact opposite.&nbsp;The Israeli MOH artificially minimized the extent of reporting by comparing the number of reports submitted during that period to a much larger number of vaccine doses administered over a longer period of time and a much larger population than the one reporting.&nbsp;The Israeli MOH sat on these results for nearly 2 months and did not disclose them to the expert committee that met in late June to decide on recommending the vaccine for children under 5.BackgroundThe MOH tasked a team of medical researchers, headed by pediatric specialist <a href="https://www.shamir.org/he/%D7%A8%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%9B%D7%9C%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA/%D7%A8%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%9E%D7%AA-%D7%A2%D7%95%D7%91%D7%93%D7%99%D7%9D/berkovichmatti/">Professor Mati Berkowitz</a>, head of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology unit at Shamir Medical Center, to analyze the data from a new adverse event reporting system they instituted to coincide with the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines in children age 5-11. They presented their results to MOH officials in early June, the official report was released to the public on Aug. 2.The official report states that the system was put into place (nearly a year after the start of the vaccine campaign) because the previous patient reporting system could not be validated and was not suitable for analysis. There was another system in place for doctors to report side effects, but the report said the new system was designed to discover side effects that were not reported to doctors. (Of course it does not mention the fact that most doctors would not submit reports if they felt the adverse event was unrelated to the vaccine and/or because they did not want to make waves). In short, the MOH admitted for nearly a year Israel did not have a functioning adverse event reporting system akin to VAERS, despite having <a href="https://twitter.com/joshg99/status/1561228554364502017">publicly claimed</a> otherwise.&nbsp;&nbsp;(During the meeting, the woman in charge of the previous system says she has gotten thousands of reports and doesn’t know what to do with them.)The Lies and Manipulations of the MOHThe official report claimed there were no new types of adverse events reported that had not been reported previously and no new signals. It said there were very small numbers of reports compared to the very large number of vaccine doses, and it also noted that the reports did not necessarily indicate causality.&nbsp;However, a recorded zoom meeting where the researchers presented their results to senior people at the MOH was leaked, showing that the report hid important facts and manipulated the results. They also did not disclose the researchers’ results to the expert committee that decided on whether to recommend the COVID vaccine for 0.5-4 year olds.&nbsp;In their presentation, the researchers made the following points:1. Some of the side effects reported were of types that had not appeared in any previous reports from the MOH and were not to be found in the published literature on adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination (which now includes <a href="https://react19.org/1250-covid-vaccine-reports/">over 2,500 papers</a>). Nor were they written on the package inserts of the vaccine. They suggested writing a paper about their findings.&nbsp;<a href="https://rumble.com/v1i7gnf-israeleak-no-4.html">Here</a> is a subtitled video with excerpts from the zoom meeting on this issue.2. They said many of the adverse events (including neurological and menstrual) lasted for months or were still ongoing a year after vaccination, something that the MOH had not seen before and was also unknown to Pfizer (according to an earlier meeting Prof. Berkowitz had attended with Pfizer representatives, who said they did not know of long lasting side effects). Although the official report does include the data on long-lasting adverse events, the summary and conclusion claims there is nothing new in the findings, which is directly contradicted by the researchers in the video linked above.3. The researchers said that some of the reports indicated that the reported adverse events went away and then reappeared after subsequent doses. They refer to this as "re-challenge" and note that according the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naranjo_algorithm">Naranjo criteria</a> for assessing adverse events, this means that the vaccines did cause at least the events where people reported the re-challenge effect. The official report does not mention any of this. It only states the reports are not necessarily related to the vaccine.&nbsp;4. The researchers were very concerned about what they were seeing and it weighted heavily on their consciences.&nbsp;&nbsp;5. The researchers said they only got cooperation from one HMO to share the data it received from the new reporting system. (Israel's health system is divided into 5 different HMO-type organizations; each Israeli is required to sign up with one of the HMO's.) None of the other 4 HMO's&nbsp;shared their data, including Israel’s 2 largest ones, and the head of the research team said that they are keeping the data 'close to their chests,' mentioning <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ranbalicer/">Ran Balicer</a> by name. He said the ministry needs to insist that they cooperate (after all, the ministry did hire him to do research on a system they initiated, so why wouldn’t they?). The only one that did share the data (Meuhedet) is very small, representing only about 15% of the Israeli population with a heavy religious population who have lower vaccination rates than the general population.&nbsp;When the official report came out, it compared the number of reports to the total number of vaccines given out since the beginning of the vaccination campaign. It did not mention that the adverse event reports came only from this small HMO. Furthermore, only people receiving vaccination after Dec. 9, 2021 were likely to report to the system (though others could and did). But only about 10% of all vaccines given out in Israel were given out during the period of the study. Finally, when they reported on the menstrual adverse events, they compared it to the number of vaccines given to both women and men. All of these manipulations made the rate of reported events appear much smaller.&nbsp;And if all of this wasn’t enough, reports of events that resulted in or involved hospitalization were not part of the analyses, as those were dealt with by a different team.&nbsp;The researchers can also be heard in the meeting asking to get a meeting or have the results conveyed to Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis, head of public health services at the MOH.And as if all this wasn’t damning enough, Prof. Berkowitz <a href="https://twitter.com/PECC_eng/status/1566440239731712003">says</a>, in reference to the long-lasting side effects, “Here w will need to think about this medico-legally. Why? Because, for not a few side effects, we said ‘OK, it exists and there’s a report, but please get vaccinated.’ So we need to think about how to write it and present it in the correct way, so they won’t come afterwards with lawsuits: ‘Wait a second, you said it would go away and it’s OK to get vaccinated, now look what happened to me.’”<div class="raw-html-embed"><blockquote class="twitter-tweet">????????In a leaked video, a research team commissioned by the Israeli MoH warns: "We’ll have to think medical-legal – how to present our findings to avoid lawsuits. Who's afraid of Big Bad Tech? 

A British vigilante group known as the “Blade Runners” is receiving widespread support from British taxpayers as it continues to destroy climate surveillance cameras across London.<h2>The ULEZ mandate</h2>By order of London Mayor Sadiq Khan, the city is peppered with ultra-low emission zones (ULEZs), areas accessible only to low-emission vehicles. Cars that do not meet the city’s environmental standards are charged £12.50 ($16) for entering the ULEZ. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras positioned around the zones read license plates and check them against the vehicles’ make and model in real time. If a vehicle does not meet the environmental threshold, a fine is levied against the car owner.&nbsp;The ULEZ climate mandate has drawn heavy&nbsp;<a href="https://frontline.news/post/london-hundreds-protest-against-climate-mandates">protests</a> from residents, including&nbsp;<a href="https://frontline.news/post/british-veteran-launches-hunger-strike-as-unrest-grows-over-climate-mandates">hunger strikes</a> and refusals to pay fines. Taxpayers have also taken to disabling the ANPR surveillance cameras which Transport for London (TfL), the city’s transportation department, said will be used both for climate and law enforcement.<h2>Taxpayers cheer the ‘Blade Runners’</h2>Since the climate restrictions were expanded last year, the Blade Runners have taken to disabling and destroying hundreds of cameras. Some surveillance vans have been spotted covered in graffiti with their tires slashed, while others have been completely covered in tarp.Last month, 21 cameras were destroyed in the hours after Sadiq Khan was re-elected mayor of London, the&nbsp;Daily Mail&nbsp;<a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13538797/Moment-Blade-Runner-uses-power-tool-cut-ULEZ-camera-traffic-light-latest-attack-Sadiq-Khans-hated-scheme.html">reported</a>. Last weekend, Blade Runners used power tools to topple a ULEZ camera and traffic lights to the delight of some fellow taxpayers. In a video that was posted to social media, passing cars can be heard honking in support.The video received over 37,000 likes. Comments on the post were largely supportive, with users writing that, “When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty,” and “Fair play to them, it's a complete scam that does nothing.”Blade Runner Matt Hardy told the&nbsp;Daily Mail&nbsp;that the Blade Runners are “people pissed off about the tyranny reigning over us and getting out and doing things about it – real votes, real boys here.”<h2>‘These cameras are not about the climate. They are about control’</h2>British actor and influencer Laurence Fox said this week he was just given back his electronic devices by police after being arrested earlier this year for cheering on the Blade Runners:<blockquote>These cameras are not about the climate. They are about control. They are the primary infrastructure for all sorts of things that ideologues like the midget dictator [Sadiq Khan] would like to impose upon us.I can now finally say the word ‘Bladerunners’ again. ‘Pissed off about the tyranny reigning over us’

British taxpayers cheer vigilante group destroying climate cams

Fisker is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the electric vehicle (EV) company announced Tuesday.<h2>‘Like other companies in the electric vehicle industry’</h2>“Fisker has made incredible progress since our founding, bringing the Ocean SUV to market twice as fast as expected in the auto industry and making good on our promises to deliver the most sustainable vehicle in the world,” a spokesperson <a href="https://assets.ctfassets.net/cghen8gr8e1n/6W19OiEBJDVIFVEmo4feHA/df902c5cb2b067251a300efb0b35f611/Fisker-Filing-FINAL.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">said</a>.The California-based company added it is not the only EV maker that has been struggling to stay in business.“We are proud of our achievements, and we have put thousands of Fisker Ocean SUVs in customers’ hands in both North American [sic] and Europe. But like other companies in the electric vehicle industry, we have faced various market and macroeconomic headwinds that have impacted our ability to operate efficiently. After evaluating all options for our business, we determined that proceeding with a sale of our assets under Chapter 11 is the most viable path forward for the company.”Fisker’s collapse is the latest indication that the EV industry is folding due to sinking demand. Other EV industry players are also cutting their losses as they jump ship.<h2>Hertz</h2>In March, Hertz CEO Stephen Scherr&nbsp;<a href="https://www.motorfinanceonline.com/news/hertz-ceo-resigns-amid-ev-investment-setback/#:~:text=Scherr's%20departure%20coincides%20with%20Hertz's,electric%20vehicle%20(EV)%20rentals">resigned</a> after his bet on EVs cost the car rental giant its biggest quarterly loss since 2020. Hertz had been praised by the Biden administration for its ambition to convert 25% of its fleet to EVs by the end of this year. In January, however, the company announced it would instead be selling its 20,000 EVs — including Teslas — at heavily discounted prices and replacing them with gas-powered cars.<h2>Mercedes-Benz</h2>Mercedes-Benz also recently had to give up its ambition to only sell electric cars by 2030. Instead, EVs are expected to make up only 50% of the German carmaker’s sales over the next decade.<h2>Apple</h2>In February, Apple abandoned its multi-billion dollar effort to create an electric car. Despite being a decade in the works and employing 2,000 people, Project Titan was axed due to falling consumer demand.<h2>Aston Martin</h2>A lack of consumer demand is also partly to blame for Aston Martin&nbsp;<a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13138123/Aston-Martin-puts-brakes-new-electric-supercar-2026-bosses-say-drivers-want-engines-throaty-roar.html">placing</a> its battery-operated “supercar” on hold until 2026.“Demand, certainly at an Aston Martin price point, is not what we thought it was going to be two years ago,” said Aston Martin Executive Chairman Lawrence Stroll.&nbsp;<h2>Ford</h2>In December, Ford slashed production of its flagship EV at its assembly plant in Dearborn, Michigan by half. The automaker cut the monthly production quote for the all-electric F-150 Lightning pickup truck from 3,200 units to 1,600 units per month.<h2>Biden administration continues to force EV production</h2>Nevertheless, the Biden administration in March issued new climate mandates aimed at forcing more EV production. The new rules from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contain tight emissions standards that will&nbsp;<a href="https://apnews.com/article/epa-electric-vehicles-emissions-limits-climate-biden-e6d581324af51294048df24269b5d20a">require</a> 56% of new vehicle sales to be fully electric by 2032, with an additional 13% required to be hybrids.

For the last two years, British authorities have been testing AI-powered emotion recognition cameras on travelers in train stations, according to recently disclosed documents.<h2>What can the cameras see?</h2>In each of eight train stations around the UK, five to seven cameras or sensors scan the passing crowds. Using AI software from Amazon, the cameras use object recognition algorithms to spot criminal activity, trespassing, weapons, wet floors, overcrowding, and overstuffed trash cans.&nbsp;They can also alert authorities when passengers engage in “unusual behavior,” such as shouting, running, smoking, or skateboarding.&nbsp;A combination of existing cameras and newly installed smart cameras are being used for the surveillance project. All are equipped with Amazon’s Rekognition surveillance system.<h2>Emotional recognition</h2>Through a combination of facial and behavioral analyses, the Rekognition software allows officials to also <a href="https://www.wired.com/story/amazon-ai-cameras-emotions-uk-train-passengers/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">analyze visitors’ emotions</a>. Internal documents note that the cameras can detect whether a passenger is “happy, sad [or] angry.” They can also recognize passenger satisfaction, which “could be utilized to maximum advertising and retail revenue.”<h2>Anti-social behavior</h2>Authorities can also detect passengers who exhibit “anti-social behaviour,” which&nbsp;<a href="https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/asb/asb/antisocial-behaviour/what-is-antisocial-behaviour/">according</a> to London’s Metropolitan Police Service means “behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to persons not of the same household as the person.”<h2>Social distancing, face masks, and demographics</h2>Other&nbsp;<a href="https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24757655-usecases_dpas_review_managed_stations?responsive=1&amp;title=1">use cases</a> for the surveillance cameras include detecting whether passengers are keeping to social distancing rules and wearing face masks. The cameras can also scan for demographics by identifying people’s age profiles and “socio-economic classification,” which the documents note can create “revenue opportunities for better targeted advertising and product placement.”<h2>‘Quite a concerning step’</h2>The documents were obtained by Big Brother Watch, a civil rights and government watchdog group, in response to a Freedom of Information (FOI) request. Network Rail, a body within the Department of Transportation which manages most of the country’s train network, has been overseeing the surveillance project.&nbsp;“The rollout and normalization of AI surveillance in these public spaces, without much consultation and conversation, is quite a concerning step,” Jake Hurfurt, head of research and investigations at Big Brother Watch,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.wired.com/story/amazon-ai-cameras-emotions-uk-train-passengers/">told</a> Wired.As of now, the surveillance systems do not use facial recognition technology, which analyzes faces and matches them against facial images stored in certain databases.
